Strange request?

    Just wondering if there is any shops out there that deal in cycling gear and shooting gear?

    Bit of a strange one I know, but I have a rifle here that I don't get much use out of anymore and if I could trade it against a new bike or some cycling gear it would be great!

    Hmm..... that is an odd one,the only thing I can think of would be to go to tallaght rod and gun trade it for some fishing tackle then venture out to Mikes Bikes in Dun Laoghaire(where I formally was employed) and trade it in for some bike stuff!!!!
    Maybe a bit too much hassle though:D

    Give us a loan of it for the race next week I believe you can get a dual holder for an SRM and rifle! I have a few names in the black book!:)

    Sure just walk into any bike shop with the rifle & I'm sure they'll let you take whatever you want! ;)

    Dennistons in Longford Town. They do a bit of everything, from fishing equipment to camping to music and of course bikes and i think hunting equipment.

    Also try SportsDen in Navan. They're a gun/multi sports shop.

    Just sell it privately, you won't get as much for it if you trade it in. That way you're not restricting yourself to where you can shop.
