Sorry might be stupid question but not best on my bike maintenance. Can I increase the height of these bars at all - it would seem i have used all spacers already right ?

    Thanks

How about an adjustable stem, or a stem with a greater angle

    Short answer-No!
If you would need anymore spacers I would question the size of the frame and how it fits you.
You may be able to get a stem that has an 'upward' angle that may solve part of your problem.

In fact taking a second look- if thats a carbon fork/stem it looks to be too high already.

you're at the top. You could tilt your handlebars, but it looks like you might have done that already. Or get a steerer tube extender, they look awful though.

A stem with more angle would be the nicest solution....after yoga classes.

thanks i wanted to raise it up(short term) as i am having some lower back issues. Frame is correct and had it fully fitted etc in the past.
I'll look into getting a stem with a greater angle
    Thx for prompt responses
