Corrupted file on sd or r4 card? Help!

    Hi there,
    I hope some of the technical experts here can help me. I recently got an R4 card for my Nintendo DS with a 4GB SD. I installed just one game along with the relevant firmware and everything worked fine for a few weeks. Today it just gets stuck at the loading screen and no amount of restarting helps. So I decided to backup the files from SD card to my PC, then reformat the SD card and copy the files back on. But one of the files wont copy to my PC! I assume this means its corrupted. Is there any way to repair the corrupted file? Hope someone can help! Thanks
