Got bad news today, unfortunately it didnt work for me . I wouldnt talk to anyone today, was too too upset, i just feel devastated :mad:
Though my other half has been great today,got plenty of hugs off him and he's been trying to cheer me up.

Im not sure what next, i still have 1 frozen embryo left but the way im thinking now is if 2 really good embryo's didnt work how is one frozen one going to, just feeling very negative.I dont know wether i should just go straight for FET and get it done and over with or to take a break.
Im just real heartbroken right now and im surrounded by pregnant family which isnt helping :mad:

. Try the IVF forum on the Irish health website. The girls on there are fantastic and always know the right things to say. How soon could u go for the fet if u decided to go straight away?

Feeling alot better now, not sure how soon i can do FET but am going to try get a review consult for this week to see when we can do it not that i believe it will work but i want to get it done and over with, the waiting would be a killer for me and so when it doesnt work we're going to go to a different clinic as im not 100% happy with it, so maybe a different clinic might have a better outcome i hope

Well i have my review consultation this thursday so im hoping the doctor will agree to let me do FET as soon as possible and in the meantime am looking at a different clinic to change to so hopefully in a month or so i will have changed clinics and get back on the saddle

Had my review consultation today and it went very well.The doctor said how sorry he was that it hadnt worked and that for having 1 ovary i had a great response, my lining had been perfect and so had my hcg levels and had great amount of eggs and quality just the problem had been with plantation, perhaps the embryo's hadnt made it to blast stage but on a good note at least my 1 frozen embryo had made it to day 6 which is a good thing in his eyes and so we are going to start FET once my AF has arrived and will try the natural cycle first and if im not responding as good as they like they will move me on to a medicated cycle so hopefully at start of june i should be going for transfer.Im feeling alot more positive about it now but at the same time im not going to get my hopes up.Hopefully the next month will fly by

Shellbabe I'm grand. Everything is going good, too good nearly. If it wasn't for an expanding belly (yes, already!), I would have my doubts!
So glad it was all positive for u. Sounds like there is a good plan in place. I will say some prayers for u x

Hi Tomtum, Im doing grand thanks, just got my AF today so tommorrow i can ring the clinic to get my day 12 scan to see if i can do a natural cycle for FET and if everything looks good i'll be having transfer of my own embie around day 18/19

Please god it works this time, fingers crossed and hopefully it will thaw properly without any problems.

How are you doing? Have you had any morning sickness or anything, though hope you havnt as i've heard it can be rough.When is your next scan?
