Switched second time to other network-how?

    Hi. I was switched about 2wk ago to other network (dont know in what way) so my ESB acc was closed. Thats the second time -still dont know which network it is -dont have any contract etc.I was rang about it to ESB and they promise me to sort it out-but no work from them yet.
    What should I do now and how it happens without my permission twice?
