so i need to do the theory test first right then get a learners permit ? i have a few more question please if any one can answer theory test then get the learners permit? do i need to have a passenger on the tractor with me tht has a license? what documentation is needed for the theory test and the learners permit? any…

Theory test in BW category..Assuming youu pass u next get the learner permit form and it tells you everything that is needed to be accompanied with it
You need an eye test and 2 passport photos and the fee of €15....
You dont need a passanger i think and you should not carry one unless the tractor is equipped to carry one...I stand corrected
Have to wait 6 months to apply for full lisence
