Liquid milk pricing arrangement?

Hi can anyone explain the way in which liquid milk producers are paid because the only information i can find is the way in which manufacturing milk is paid inder A+B-C Thanks

i'm not a liquid milk supplier so i am open to correction, the way i think it works is supplier representatives sit down with the milk purchaser (co-op/PLC) and agree a price. this is only paid on the milk that supplier has a contract for, so any extra milk supplied over suppliers contract manufacturing price is paid.
