MPK5 (Blops) Oh Jebus

    I play a bit with a group of guys much better than me who for some reason tolerate me. Friday was usual crappy self. On Saturday I set up a new S&D class. MPK5, Steady aim and extended mags.

    First ten games or so had a 10-3, 12-2 & 12-2(which is v good for me). All night went like that. Gunships, Clutch kills, planting and defusing everything & was on the kill cam every other time. Teammates thought it was someone else on my account :)

    On the assumption I haven't become sensational overnight it has to be down to the set up. The range and accuracy hip firing it is just ridiculous

    great as a witching class . lightweight and marathon in the mix and your across the map like a light hipfiring at everything and everyone like a boss :D

    i'm loving that gun at the moment. extended mags, and away you go. saw a video of a guy going 58-5 on nuketown and he had the mp, didn't do him any harm. i still miss the famas though.

    Tried the MP5k and it's good but I was dropping half a mag into people and they'd nail me with 2 shots from a Famas, nothing to do with lag because switching to a Galil was fine, smg's just aren't my thing:(

    MP5K w/extended mags + hip-firing and strafing is great fun

    I use the MP5K on most of my running classes

    As I said in the PS3 thread, I use it on my roadrunner class. Find it works best while running and gunning. I use Sleight of Hand instead of Steady Aim though.

    Same thing happened to me last night. But with the AUG, steady aim and Extended mag. Wow.

    Maybe the server I had connected had much less lag cause I was destroying the gaff!

    the mp5 is indeed a beast. Like ade i use it with sleight of hand instead of steady aim, the hipfire is good enough without it so i feel i get more of a benefit from using SoH.

    TBH SOH pro is my fav perk. Just feel I don't need it as much in Search but I will make up a class for TDM/Moshpit and try it out. Have to say though Steady Aim pro (which I'd rarely use) really seemed to help me.

    Also had a specific class for this gun in MW2 and have used it quite a bit. Just realised I've always referred to it as the MPK5 and not the MP5K - not sure why....dyslexia?

    Actually hate the mp5 and only use it on smaller maps when i prestige. Dont know why but it just seemed like i firing pebbles of pi$$ at enemies at times, kind of like a silenced ak74. Must give it another go but my rushing classes have just the 74u, spectre or my personal fetish, the silenced commando(constantly losing 1 on 1s i think i won).
