    Isn't radiation annoying alright.
    I'd also get rid of chemical reactions, photosynthesis, the doppler effect and DNA - all thoroughly annoying

    the aeroplane - I hate catching colds/flues and all the talk of superbugs which could wipe us out. At least with other forms of travel things take longer to get about and we get a better heads up.

    cigarettes - hate their smell

    the car - if it wasn't for these surely we'd have portable jet packs by now...obviously limited in range to stop the pesky flu bugs coming over from other countries (looks over at China acting all innocent)

    Money, Money and money.

    You can get rid of religion if you like, but it would just be replaced with something else.
    Religion is the excuse, not the reason for something.

    Also, we need gun powder.
    Fascist dictators can function just fine with man power, knives and sharp sticks but it would be a hell of a lot harder to keep them in check without projectile weapons.

    Chemical weapons on the other hand, no sensible use for most of them.

    All the major political ideologies...none of them work.

    All 3 of the above are responsible for almost all the hardships on earth.

    Political ideologies - some work better than others, but all have some flaws - the absense of one would mean chaos.

    Personal Religious belief : Fine
    Organised Religion : Not so good.

    None of current political ideologies work. A new one is needed....but that's not an easy task.

    Money: It feeds one of our species greatest weaknesses...greed. I don't know what would replace it, as that wasn't the OP's question.
