    I might be around ok.

    If you boot into the latest freestyle it should tell you beside your avatar guy if you have the ping patch activated or something.

    yeah. ive left it on since that and Im at 42 51 51 now.

    Yup, Dashlaunch isn't out for the new dash yet and that patches out the ping limit. I might see if I can patch it another way though :)

    Ugh, am I gonna have to go through all that dashlaunch mallarky again? Or will I be able to simply drop it into where the old dashlaunch is working from, & expect it to use that same ini etc?

    I think a lot of it has to do with the region because your connection will degrade if it needs to connect to a host in another country, so if someone where to host here we probably would be able to get a game going with no timeouts

    Repatch? For example, everythings working with dashlaunch at the mo, I can access FSD, Normal dash or XeXMenu with a give button (or lack of). So when I drop the new version in, will it not be a case of just dropping the programe files over the old ones? Or will there be repatching needed?

    So would that explain why I can browse the lobbies through FSD, join one & then start a game. But upon going into system link etc, there's nothing there....?

    You'll have to re-patch (re-install). It's patching the loading sequence to run it's XEX file (which then reads the ini file and launches your applications).

    This is "forgotten" when you update to a newer dashboard, it doesn't run the dashlaunch xex file to run your apps, it just boots the NXE.

    I managed to get into a Black Ops game in Brazil it will be in the Modern Warfare 2 category though which is odd
