Sound Issues on UPC/NTL???

just wondering if anyone else is having Sound issues in the last week with their UPC box? after watching for a few minutes the sound drops in volume,and all the bass seems to vanish,even from speaking voices after a few minutes the sound will rise back up in volume this cycle happens every five minutes or so;it's really…

this cycle happens every five minutes or so;it's really distracting when your trying to watch something

I'm just trying to figure out is this an issue with UPC or my TV??

Any specific channels?

I have noticed a crackling on 408 (Sky Sports News) which is quite pronounced going through my 5.1 system.
