Frenum Piercing

Hey all. Thinking about getting a frenum piercing in the next few days but I'm in Saigon so know nothing about piercers etc here. Is it a piercing that could go very wrong if I got the wrong piercer or is it an easy one to get? And could I take it out and put it back in easily? Would be my first piercing.
