University/colleage with specific courses

    hi,
    I'm from Switzerland and studying electrical engineering in my forth semester, I would like to attend at an Irish University (ie I'm planning a semester abroad).
    I have visited a plenty of university sites but I hadn't found one Institute that offers courses like my university.

    This courses/moduls are
    *information and coding theory/digital data transmission
    *electromagnetic compatibility
    *quality assurance
    *Renewable energies

    Do you know institutes/universities that offers some of these courses?
