Price of Dairy cows

    just wondering what the price of an average freisian cow non pedigree. Was thinking of buying a few to get numbers up but herd price has risen.

    Mayo, budget would be around 1200 but was thinking of buying a few maiden heifers instead for next year.
    local dairy herd auction coming up next week if there going 12-1300 i'l consider if more i'l prob buy a few for bulling for next year

    sold some last week for between 1600 and 1700 for 1st 2nd and 3rds. he must of been happy enough with them as he is buying a few more.

    will have at least 40 -50 to sell in the next while if any one is intrested.
    any thing from calved heifers to older cheap milk in the tank ones.

    we got 2000 each for springers last month
