    Not really :o
A poor refereeing decision in favour of United to award a penalty in the first minute did some damage, sending off Gerrard did a bit more damage. The fact that it was Hodgsons team did a little bit more damage.

A penalty that should never have been against 10 men is hardly a lesson now is it?

On what? How to hold on to a 1-0 lead courtesy of a dodgy peno with two additional players then your opponents?

Dont think this is taking the arguement anywhere, and no Im not disputing the Gerrard red card

Liverpool played well today simple as that

Yes they did. As expected it was their cup final. Every game from here on in is the same for united, we need to win them. Its the same for arsenal. Do you think the liverpool players will be lifting their game to todays level in every game til the end of the season?

But Mourinho is only managing 11 years, surely that means he isnt good enough to manage United.

Liverpool didnt lift their game today, United were so poor they didnt have to.

Quite clearly the won't but its something the players have to learn from and realise they do have it in them to beat anyone.

If Suarez keeps it up he'll finally get that move to a big club that he's been wanting.

It wont be United anyway, even Rooney said it had no ambition

Basically Uited would be looking for someone like Jose who has the stamina for the long haul and won't be off to the golf course every couple of years.

That's hardly fair considering why he resigned first time round

looks like a pretty deep gash tbh, all the hard lads in here acting like they'd just shake it off is ridiculous. Both pictures show the wound just from different angles, the first one is worse quality but was available first so that did the rounds before the 2nd one.

The two pictures show something completely different. One, a very wide and long wound, one a short wound.

It's not acting the hard man to say that you wouldn't have rolled around and had a big theatrical fall the ground, nor that you wouldn't have balled your head off crying like a baby. Seriously, I don't care how bad the injury turns out to be, he is a total wimp and this is just more evidence.

I was thinking, with Dirk's hat trick today and Berbatov getting one in the return fixture earlier on in the season, is that the first time there's been hat-tricks in both fixtures in the same season?

I wasn't referring to that in any way shape or form.

Pretty shameful for you to even go there to score points as well btw.
