    Ah, we have it now.

    It was the shinpad's fault.

Clearly Carragher caused the damage. But shinguards are supposed to mitigate that damage.

Mind you I thought i heard Hoddle saying something about Nani's sins in a past life.

Stuck in? He tried to snap his leg. Its meat head players and fans we need out of football. Build a time machine and go back to the 70s or stick to watching ESPN Classic, when football was apparently "Hard"

No he didnt, he tried to play the ball.

Carragher's tackle wasn't a 'tough' or 'hard' tackle. It was a cowardly attempt to put Nani out of the game.

So you think LL's reaction was ok then?

If you read my posts, I said that I don't agree with laughing at Nani's clearly awful injury.

But I don't actually know if Llyod did laugh at it or how he reacted.

What I find laughable, is the question you posed, something along the lines of "when have United fans ever laughed at an opponent getting injured?" considering there is one very infamous case of that happening not so long ago.

He made a fool of himself, condoned Carraghers awful challenge and was delighted to see Nani injured. Wimps you say? GTFO.

    In your opinion. ;)

Yeah, i'm sure drunken bums don't abuse them after hit by a car. Or some heroin addict after getting beaten up.Should they leave them aswell? Stop being stupid.

Im being stupid? You just compared Nani getting hit by a hard tackle to someone getting hit by a car.

Also, I ****ing hope Carragher's contract gets extended for another year at Liverpool, because I look forward to him playing in the next derby.

I also do, he's a liability how slow he is at times.

Ah FFS after over 96mins of play , and beaten fair and square all you can harp on about is a tackle in Nani .

Leave that for Liverpool fans to worry about.
He certainly played a lot better than the much faster, much younger Brown and Smalling today

I hope someone in a high position has a look at it anyway, if he swung for another player or official on the pitch like that he would have been sent off

Well done on missing the point!
You cant rely on an entire team of players who have come through the ranks and expect to challenge for the title without spending big money on other players. I wish you could, but not in this day and age

Don't think I missed any point, someone was talking up pogba and you gave that reply, anyway apart from the obvious united never solely relied on players coming through,if someone needs replacing and there's nobody able to step up it's off to the transfer market

Maybe you should write to someone to tell them? Quickly. I reckon he's the first ambulance driver/medical worker to ever have a problem with an injured party.

I honestly don't know what you're talking about. I don't think my interpretation of what he said is different from what he was saying.

Let me put it this way, if I was a Liverpool supporter today I would have been saying (shouting probably) this:

''Good job Jamie, get stuck in!''

(On first replay) ''Fúck he could go off for that. Bollocks, bollocks bollocks.'' *Crosses fingers*

(Nani goes off injured) ''Good enough for him. He's a pain in the ass cry baby anyway.'' *looks forward to Liverpool having more of an advantage now United have lost one of their best players.*

    Seriously, what's wrong with that?

After watching that game, all I have to say is how lucky Man U are that their nearest rivals for the title this season are chronic fcuk ups.

indeed, a very poor season, Man U have been largely shoite for the majority of the season and have had too many draws and $hitty performances (by their standards)but are still on top, and Arsenal will spontaneously combust towards the buasiness end of the season, so Man u still will win it out.

Carragher has actually been much improved since he returned from the shoulder injury. He was great against Chelsea in particular.

I thought Liverpool were poor, all they did was score 3 goals and they were gifted to them :D

BTW I have to say fair play to Phil Dowd, I thought that he handled the trouble before half time brilliantly. Any other ref and they would have hysterically brandished 2/3 red cards in order to prove their "authority".

No not at all. I meant it honestly. Until we see pictures on the BBC or something we can't really trust any of them imo.

Just for people who didnt see the tackle, Nanis ridiculous reaction to get infront of the ref, or his reaction when being helped

A lot of posters are making out like Liverpool fans on here were revelling in Nani's injury. I haven't seen that.

Lloyd seems to have got the most attention, but the worst I can find from him today is:

Since when has it become a moral crime to be happy with your players getting stuck in and opposition whinge bags going off injured?

People need to man up and stop being such wimps.

pro your usually a good poster but that is a load of ****e

stuck in, are you being serious?

so your saying carra's tackle was a stuck in tackle, what planet are you living on

he totally went to end nani's game

I dont give a **** if nani likes his drama, it doesnt excuse the tackle or the comments from LL.

they are the lowest of the lowest comments, we may have our rivalry but to be delighted in an opposition player getting a tackle like that is the lowest of the lowest
