MARV & TULIP O' HARE

LOCATION:
CHICAGO

Tulip has traveled to Chicago in search of a once gain missing Jesse Custer. To aid in her search she has recruited an old friend form her past. Marv doesn't mind helping a lady out time and again. While thew two are asking questions in all the wrong places they run afoul of Frank Castle and a fellow who has convinced him he is his new protege in his war on crime.

Notes:
Tulip has her Desert Eagle .44 and a shotgun
Marv is carrying Gladys, and a hatchet
Punisher is packing a .45, combat knife, single frag grenade
Crossbones is carrying his pistol crossbow, handfull of throwing knives, and two spring-loaded stilettos.
THIS VERSION OF CROSSBONES WAS NEVER EXPOSED TO THE TERRIGEN MISTS, AND THEREFORE HAS NO SUPERPOWERS!

Punisher could probably take down both of his opponents. Well, it's a tough call, Marv is a damn tough cookie, but if we're dealing in humans here... a bullet in the head is gonna drop anybody.

Tulip is a tough lady and an excellent shot, but I reckon either of her opponents would take her out. Quite impressed with Crossbones resume. Whoever comes up against Marv first will have a tough time, but the other will be able to clean-up the left overs.

Punisher and Crossbones are on a level above the other two.

Marv comes close thanks to his strength and combat style, but Tulip is badly out of her depth.

Marv against the Punisher is a tough fight. Probably similar to the punisher against the likes of Barracuda. But Crossbones would finish off Tulip pretty much at will, and then be able to join the fight against Marv.

Given how both the Punisher and Crossbones don't like to leave a foe alive after a fight, I think it is safe to say that they will not leave Marv in a position where he can heal and come back after them.

A fairly easy win for the Punisher and Crossbones.

If teh Punisher comes up against Marv I can see a fight similar to when he fought The Russian, ie: The Punisher ends up loodied, battered and bruised, bulk walks away the victor. He's taken on giant meatheads before and come out on top (literally).
Based on her profile Tulip is very much outmathed by either Crossbones or the Punisher. Crossbones is probably not quite as strong as Marv physically, but he more than makes up for it with speed and agility.
Any way you slice it Punisher & Crossbones have this.

looking for a fun, new pet a Mr. J has come to Perfection, Nevada to ask for the assistance of the world's foremost graboid hunter. Upon presenting Mr. Gummer with a briefcase full of untraceable cash, they are off to catch a shrieker. Unbeknownst to Burt his client is actually a wanted villian who has been selected by one Georges Batroc as the first target in his career as a bounty hunter. To help detain his target he has recruited an old acquaintance who's looking to pad her daughter's college fund.

Yeah I can't look past the Bride, she isn't going to take any **** and dance around what has to be done, so that means The Joker is ****ed. :pac: I don't think Burt's tactical skill would be on a par with the Bride's.

Joker has proven himself as one hell of a schemer. Burt could take down Batroc from a distance. That leaves the duo to plan the takedown of the bride.

The Bride has shown herself to be susceptible to traps and schemes which the Joker is highly efficient at.

Batroc would be a challenge but between the two I think Burt Joker would take this one.

The Bride and Batroc arrive close to where they heard of a sighting of The Joker. Slowly but cautiously, they search out the immediate area and come up empty handed...all of a sudden *zip* the air cracks with the sound of a rifle and The Bride is hit in the thigh. She rolls to cover while Batroc hides in an alcove, where The Joker stays in the shadows, fires his pistol and hides again.

The poison now in Batroc makes him go crazy, he turns on The Bride and tries to kill her. She knows there's no other choice but to take him out and pulls the pistol on him *boom* and he drops...

The scuffle has now left her out in the open again, this time Burt does not miss and drops her like a sack of potatoes.

Burt and The Joker to win.

LOCATION:
USAF BASE: AVIANO, ITALY

Major Guile has been assigned to work with a rehabilitated Jason Todd in protecting a shipment of artifacts to the Smithsonian. Unknown to them however, one of the items is sacred to the Hayabusa clan of ninja. They have dispatched their foremost member, Ryu to recover the item at all costs. To aid him in his quest they have used their magics to call a great warrior of the land back from the grave.

Notes:
Guile does not have access to his sonic boom for this fight
Ryu is carrying a dozen shuriken, his blade, and five smoke bombs
Maximus has his gladius, and is wearing his armor
Red Hood has a dozen of his version of Batarangs and his kris knife.

Red Hood and Guile for the win.

Red Hood is, at the very least, on Batman's level in terms of tactics, fighting skills, and intelligence, but unlike the Bat he has no problem killing a foe.

As well as being trained by Batman, he then went on to be trained by those who trained Batman as well as other sources to even further enhance his fighting abilities.

Maximus is tough by the standards of his own time, but against the likes of Red Hood, or even Guile, he is just a bruiser with a sword, and nothing that either cannot take down with ease.

Ryu is the threat and Red Hood would let Guile take out Maximus and wait for Ryu to make his move against Guile. Then the Red Hood would strike and quickly take out Ryu using his al Ghul inspired blade to finish the job.

Guile is completely unimpressed by ryu, having survived several assassination attempts from ninja before.

SPANISH ninja, no less.

Unfortunately for Ryu, he goes for a leaping attack at Guile, not knowing that such a large man rules the airwaves.

Backbreaker.

Then it's 2 on one against Maximus, who Guile simply tells to go home and be a family man.

Red hood pops one in him while he cries.

Maximus' strength was really in his tactics rather than ultimo fighting skill. I think Guile will take him pretty handily, using fighting techniques the gladiator has never seen before.

Ryu will come in to help out his ally, but Red Hood will swoop in after Guile has fought and been defeated, martial arts master on master, Red Hood has the training to take him above a tired Ryu.

Red Hood wins.

Red Hood and Ryu are probably comparible in ability so I'll have them cancel each other out. Both die in a hail of shurikens/batarangs.
So now it's down to Maximus versus Guile...

Guile takes the initiative by delivering a swift drop kick to the face of Maximus. Maximus is caught by surprise (nobody did that in the Colleseum) and knocked to th ground, seperated from his gladius. Guile picks up a dazed Maximus from the ground, the US soldier's immense physicality makes the Roman look small and puny by comparison. Maximus suddenly takes on his famous second wind delivering multiple elbow blows (similar to the ones used to batter Emperor Commodus) to Guile's face - disfiguring it to a point beyond recognition. Guile falls to the ground limply.
Now on his last legs, Maximus gathers his gladius and prepares to dispatch Guile - gladiator style.
FLASH KICK! Maximus is knocked from his feet and wakes in the fields of Elysium, the sun bearing down on his face. He does not despair, for he is already dead!

While Maximus was a great general and fighter in his day, at the end of the day he is conscripted farmer. His skills just aren't on par with Guile or Red Hood.

Ryu Haybusa is a far tougher proposition but as Doom said Ryu relies far too much on being in the air to mount offense. Between air throws, somersault kick and american backfist, Ryu will find it hard to gain any sort of momentum. So he is eventually driven into a corner and beaten to a bloody pulp.

Following the passage of The Keene Act EDward Blake has been assigned to a task force charged with hunting down vigilantes who refuse to give up their extra-legal activities. he has beenm partnered with a member of the SFPD known for his unconventional problem-solving methods. Their first target is a globe-trotting crimefighter who has been sighted operating in the U.S. recently. Their target however has called in a favor owed to him by an order even older than his line. They have sent to his aid a traditionally trained and equipped young fellow who is an exact match for his many times great grandfather in both appearance and skills.

Altair and The Phantom have the agility to evade their opponents, leading them on a merry chase. Altair conceals himself in a crowd and stabs Harry with his hidden blade as he passes. The Comedian spins about looking for a fight but gets taken down from above by the Phantom

Altair sneaks up on Harry while he's on the toilet, but is unexpectantly taken out by the Comedian, who just happened to be voyeuristicly watching Harry on said Toilet (cause that's how he rolls I'm told). Startled, Harry runs outside looking to find the cause of the commotion and kick it's ass. There he finds two men brawling in the street. Harry shoots the one in purple spandex. "Damn creeps screwing up my neighbourhood".
"Yeah", says the comedian, "You shudda seen the hoodie wearing punk checkin' you out on the crapper!"
