Windows 7 not genuine

    Hello all,

    Just found out that my windows 7 ultimate is not genuine. Its a MSDN version:confused: I contacted microsoft but I didnt really understand alot of the jargon. He mentioned that there is a way to get a genuine key from microsoft. How would one go about attaining this key & how much is it likely to set me back:confused:

    MSDN keys only last as long as a MSDN sub, no way around it except buying a new license unfortunately, this happens all the time on ebay unfortunately, people sell MSDN Windows/Office codes, they seem to be genuine as they activate ok but once the persons sub runs out they will fail genuine checks, as per MSDN conditions, I would advise against buying Windows/Office serials on ebay for this reason
