Quick help needed!!

Anyone know of a program where i can design a plain white figure and orientate him in different ways. I'm designing a mascot for a competition. Any help is greatly appreciated. If you're not sure what i'm talking about have a look here. http://www.fotolia.com/id/11375488

PhotoShop or Gimp are no good to you - you'll need a 3D modelling package.
