What is the difference between Yoga or Pilates And Meditation

    Just wondering and I want to start one of them at least ?

    Can anyone explain them to me.

    Pilates is a physical practice developed by Joseph Pilates as a way to stay fit, even if one has an injury or has lost a limb. He developed it by studying the core movements of yoga postures.

    I hope that you can see from the above link that Yoga is much much more than just physical postures.

    Dave explained it really well, Pilates uses controlled movement to strength and tone the body.
