any recomendations on a clippers for cleaning cows freeze brands, tails ect.

I have a mains powered Heiniger and I think it cost €250 odd a few years ago, its light and strong and works perfect. Can be a dangerous job though

I have used a Heiniger cordless clipper. No messing with extensions, have two batteries for longer use.

One of my favorite jobs!

Looking out for one of them, are they a good clipper and is there types ordinary or heavy duty? Whetre did you buy and what kind a money would it set a lad back.

I use a whal one for the beard, never tried it on a cow though.:D

To be honest ive no idea how much it cost, it belongs to the GF's farm. Never had a problem with it clogging either except maybe when the battery is starting to go but then id just swap for the other battery and stick that one on charge again. The only thing is with the battery at the end its heavier than a cord one and not quite as balanced.
