Paper Recycling Bring Centre?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any paper recycling places? Preferably that don't charge. We don't have a recycling bin collection and I'd rather not just bag it and bring it to the dump.

Theres a free recycling centre on the Boghall Rd in Bray and down in the Murrough in Wicklow town. Recycle plastics, papers, bottles etc. Usually open 10-4 in Bray weekdays I think.
