My friend Sara just finished her secondary school exams in Naples and she would like to come to Dublin for a year to study economics. Is there any way she could study economics for one year in Dublin? Would any university, private or public, allow her to do this? She is almost 19 and speaks relatively good English. Any help would be appreciated!

Certo! Si é possible! I'm studying in Italy right now, was in Naples. Is she in university? If so, exchanges are very common and easy, she should start with her own college to ask questions - best source of help - they know their own agreements. If not, she will be paying fees here which can be steep. Still, private agreements are possible with college of all shapes and sizes here.
