I had scrambled a demi baguette that was so dark brown it was nearly black. In it I put Little Gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, goats' cheese and scrambled duck eggs. It was bloody gorgeous.

Lunchtime portion of yesterdays Thai Red Curry.

I made a breakthrough and realised there are other options out there. I dont have to have only soup or sandwiches for lunch!

I'm doing a little dinner at lunchtime from now on.

Honey Mustard Ham, sramblers with parmesan a nice slice of toasted rye bread.

Really is worth buying and cooking your own gammon, it stretches so far for quite cheap as well.

Today was a day off work and a really spoil me day. I went shopping and then went to Milano's for a very late lunch and had a pepperoni and anchovy pizza (I know it would turn most people's stomach) and a glass of wine.

Today I had a ham sandwich, a packet of cheese and onion tayto and a cup of tea.

    Simple, but satisfying.

I don't think there is a combo of pizza toppings that I could not eat. Pepperoni and anchovy = nice.
