Need help regarding vet clinics in Carlow

    Hi everyone.

    I am posting this on behalf of my mum, who lives in Carlow.

    She owns a 2 year old budgie, and it seems that this budgie has become diabetic.
    She doesn't know where to take the bird, as most vets she has contacted don't deal with birds.
    Can anyone tell me of the nearest place to carlow, where she might be able to get this bird looked at and helped?
