Was a bit disappointed they didn't perform the 60mph in 5th lag test (admittedly it was a p1ss poor test) on the Focus too. I would have an inkling it would have been very similar to the Impreza. Also no comment on how the Focus was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind the other two in the drag test.

In general, new lows of retardedness in this episode with the Yugo yoke.

Wow they were lucky to get out alive, even better... getting out without the other lad :p. Lucky the camera crew were there to witness the whole thing.

(hope I did't reveal too much for those who didn't see it)

Have to say i did enjoy that ep!!!

Loved the parts where May and Jem were exploring old sub and planes.

Interview with wossy is woefull, he seemed a bit coked out of it.

The part where they were putting the cars on the ferry was great, €250K motors inches away from falling into the sea.

    8.5/10 from me.

I hate to say it, but Clarksons episode intro's are becoming the funniest thing on the show.

"Tonight! Our track gets a bit foggy, a fat man eats a snack, and we move about in a caravan!!" I always laugh at them, just get rid of Hammond ffs!

Thought tonights episode was the poorest so far, lost interest after 5 mins and then gained it again when the m3 and rs5 were being reviewed, other then that i think they are running out of ideas to entertain rapidly:(

Maybe you have to be of a certain age to enjoy a flamethrowingsnowploughingcombineharvester :D

Poorest episode so far? That's my future wife you're giving out about! :D

Seriously - smart, gorgeous and she likes everything I like including muscle cars, guns and girls! I'm in love...... .....or at least briefly infatuated......

I think they also found the coolest person on the planet - that skier was on fire and not a single **** could he give...

In general there's been some funny bits to the show, but it's sometimes a bit played out and predictable. The bit where they found poo in Hammond's car was funny but the subsequent full bio hazard gear was far too obvious.

I also liked last week's bits about the various Zondas. They always get criticism for featuring non-practical cars, but tbh, that's the stuff I want to see. I couldn't give a **** what the lastest Skoda Superb is like - I'll never buy one. The odds of me winning the lottery and buying a Zonda are infinitely higher than buying a Superb. But those impossible odds aside - the show is supposed to be entertainment. Who's entertained by watching consumer advice? If you want that; buy the Top Gear magazine.

In general I'd say the show's as good as it ever was. We probably just didn't notice the bad bits as much when it was new.

To be fair last nights episode wasnt all that bad, a combine harvester / snow plough looked like a good alternative and practical solution until they attached a flame thrower on the thing

New M3 and RS5 reviews we're decent, SIRPC was to be expected really.

I've been recording most of these lately and skipping through some of the SIRPC. I didn't bother recording Sunday's, but saw the last 20 mins or so. It's nothing more than a formula now. I've a less of a problem with stuff being scripted in general, but I do have a bit of an issue with how obvious it can be which I don't think was the case a few years back. May be nostalgia on my part. They should strip it down and get back to basics, not all about cars by any means, but less of the BS.
