    Hi
I am obviously very new to this game, so sorry for my ignorance. I am looking to buy 100 Rhode Island Red pullets/chicks. I've been searching the internet but i keep coming up with American sites. Are there irish sites that could accomodate the amount i wish to purchase? And do they deliver? Or is there a livestock mart that i could go to to buy them. I am in the kildare area.
    Thanks

Tighe's Poultry in Strokestown County Roscommon. With that amount he will deliver direct to your door. He covers marts and markets across the country on a daily basis.

    His Number is 087 2504432

Hi flowerbud at the end of a season hens are culled even on free range farms( could be wrong about this) but I reckon you could buy 100 2nd layers at the end of the first season from somebody already in the business.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
