A few lads in my year released a CD of tracks that another fella in our year used listen to a lot before he died (Suicide, just before Christmas)

Anywho to cut a sobstory short the songs bring back some pretty good memories, and besides a few pop hits it has some decent songs on it.

It tells you something about the musical qualities of the Beatles, that they can still put on a pretty good show, even when the police are turning off their amps and telling them they're going to be arrested if they don't stop playing.

This is an old chooon, but they've released new stuff and are touring, going to see them next month. Saw them back in 2008 and they were rather wonderful then, so it's going to be good. I got 2 free tickets, which is absolute nom.

I'm aware this song is as old as the hills and normally this song gets repetitive the amount of times it is played but this version, I could listen to on loop for eternity, OK maybe that's pushing it but still.

I have the Surround Sound version of Dark Side of the Moon playing. It adds a bit to the original, the difference isn't major though. Having the music on all sides really adds to it though.
