hot keys for resolution change

guys, is there a way to assign a windows hot key to change bewteen two monitor resolutions quickly? in work im constantly going back and forth between 2 resolutions and its annoying to always have to go into properties. thanks.

Fairly sure its impossible in vanilla Windows without serious hacking, you'd have to download some freeware like Hotkey Resolution Changer to handle it.

Ati uses Hotkeys in Catalyst , assume Nvidia so the same.
