Hi guys, I wasn't working for the past few months. All my Welfare payments were owed as soon as they were collected so I wasn't using my bank account. Do you drive ? If so the cert of insurance will do, its the page which comes with your insurance disc, but must be within last 6 months as far as I know.

Motor tax renewal will suffice also for proof of address.

Even for joining likes of xtra vision you need proof of address, another option would be if you hold a credit union account they can issue you a statement and this would suffice also for proof of address for a Bank.

Maybe issue of PPS letter from the Dept.
