Can anyone remind me of the details of the scheme involving killing finished Charolais cows being run via the Charolais soc, and if I remember correctly, Moyvalley Meats? Any Info appreciated.

Don't have a lot of information I'm afraid,but you got about an extra 5p/lb (old money,It was quite a while ago) If you brought the cow to moyvalley meats going through the society.Sorry I'm not that helpful,Give them a ring and ask them!

I intend ringing in the morning.
I was quoted 104 for a cow with a view sending her tomorrow.
So I wanted to see the lie of the land beforehand.

we got 104 for a sim x holstein /fr cow last week big cow 750kgs or so only graded o you should b getting more for a pure ch
