Hi, Can someone advise me please. I wish to submit my recent name change (marriage) with Revenue. I wish to post it in (because there is a deed-poll connection) and can't see any specific guidelines online. I am based in Limerick. Many thanks,

Go to http://www.revenue.ie/en/index.html

Towards the bottom of the page, on the right, is a contact locator. Plug your PPS number into that and you'll have the address of the office that deals with your affairs.
