How to make a zip file out of Wordpress posts

    Hello people.

    Someone once sent me a zip file from an old blog host I used and now I would like to do the same for my current site. I've used a few back up software but I would love one zip file out of my posts so that I could store them safely on my computer. I would also like to upload it to another WP install so that I could play with the code without messing up my own site.

    Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Use the Tools/Export option to create an XML file and then zip that.
    The XML file can be imported into another WordPress installation.
