Major/Minor/Double Major

First of all, thanks a million for all the help so far lads.

The question this time is, what's the story with a double major. Obviously it's two subjects (for want of a better word) taken at the same level. But what happens if you're struggling with a double major? I'd love to come out of UCD with a double major but are there penalties if you drop to a "major/minor" situation?

No you just get a degree that is weighted more towards one subject if you do a major and a minor.
