Neighbor has loads of roosters keeping me up

    Hey,
    There is a neighbor that lives about 2 doors away who has about 10 roosters and no chickens out his back. They start crowing at about 5am every morning, as early as 2 am sometimes. They're there since the summer and I thought that I would just get used to them but I havnt and they still wake me up. I live in Ballyfermot which is within the City limits.

    We tried talking to him but he doesnt get along with any of the neighbors and so he doesnt care.

    Is there anything that we can do about it, most of the street is complaining about it.
