    Hi Guys, recently bought a dsi that came with firmware 1.4e installed, i then purchased an ak2i card that was supposed to come with update 1.4 installed but it unfortunatly doesnt. Now i dont have access to an older model of ds in order to upgrade so i was wondering if there was anyone who would be willing to do it for me. I would of course cover all postage costs, i'm not really sure what i could do as a thank you but im sure we could find some way of me repaying the favour. Thanks in advance for the replys :)

    If you're sure it's a genuine Acekard 2i and are willing to take the risk (updating firmware is always risky, however small the chance for failure) then I'll do it for you. I've updated the two AK2i cards in the family and made a small post here about how to do it yourself with an old DS/DSL so I know what I'm at :P

    Yea its fairly handy to upgrade it to work with DSi, but you need to do it with a DS/lite, i had to do a few lastyear, googled it, or as virus says follow his guide.
