sheesh,

answer,

1. get the screen you want captured up on your monitor
2. hit print screen on your keyboard (above the home,delete,page up/down buttons)
3. open paint/photoshop/PSP etc
4. paste into selected program
5. host the image on the web
6. use normal img tags

Hey, thanks, I'm getting real frustrated, I can't find how to hyperlink an address, just any thing, to change www.boards.ie to Boards.
