Got these beautiful patent pink penny loafers in the M&S sale. I'd seen them before Christmas but they were E60, so I didn't bother. However, today they were reduced down to E26. Lovely leather upper and very nice

Bought a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush in Boots for approx E55. Got to keep the Appearance looking good

Also, I'm loving the Boots 1/2 price sale on Christmas gifts - a lot of the beauty sets are great value at 50% off. I've bought the following Cranberry and Cocoa Butter sets for E7 each. They have large shower gels and full size tubs of body butter and body scrub.

Bought this in Wallis yesterday as my other coats aren't warm enough for the weather we've been having and are looking a little worse for wear. It's so comfy and warm. :)

How much is that coat Futurecrook?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,869 ✭✭✭Futurecrook

It's €120. I originally went to town to buy a coat in the sales but couldn't find any coats that I really liked in any other shops. I figured it was worth it for a well made coat that I'll get a lot of use out of. :)

Got no clothes in the sales, Oasis, River Island, Next and Accessorize were rubbish, but I don't need anything so it was ok. My favourite charity shop is closed until January 4th though:(

Got these in a local pharmacy, they had heaps of Calvin Klein, Urban Decay and Stila stuff for €5-7, it was mostly kind of browny or way too bright (greens and blues) - make-up that wouldn't be big sellers.

    urban-decay-brow-box-make-up-kit--gingersnap.jpg
Urban Decay 'gingersnap' brow kit, perfect for my colouring and I was thinking I needed to sort my brows out anyway! Think this was about €7

    Sally Hansen foundation brush, €3!

    AAAACzvWzLkAAAAAARAppg.jpg?v=1291399164000
€3, to get eyes like Shelley Duvall of course -
    shelley%20duvallNjgy.jpg

    16523753.jpg
Boots Aromatherapy starter kit, has four essential oils, was €14, reduced to €7, lavender oil is €5 on its own and I was thinking of getting some anyway

And because I can't afford this:
    Bobbi-brown-concealer.jpg
    bobbi brown concealer, €35ish

I used the €7.50 No7 Boots voucher and got this for €3.25 instead:
    Quick-cover-blemish-stick.jpg

And got this for €4, reduced from €8, will be nice to stick into my flatmates birthday present in January

    mini%20boots%20set.jpg
    boots almond mini gift bag
(wrong picture but its just a wee body wash and body butter)

after saving my boots points up for five years I now have €30 on my card which I'll spend on some perfume when I get to a good-sized boots in the spring, any recommendations (for boots stores)? not sure what perfume I want yet, I have a gift card for Selfridges (as if i could afford any clothes in there), so might splash out on some Jo Malone fragrance

I went shopping in Dublin yesterday and went a bit mad. Was disappointed with the sales though - didn't find much reduced. Got a burgundy jumper dress in Next though which was reduced from €54 to €17 though which is so warm and snuggly - can't find a picture online though.

Got these boots in New Look:
    210297024?$get_the_look$
Also got these in New Look:
    212967904?$get_the_look$
    206633848?$get_the_look$

    Got this shirt in AWear:
    10301497_Check_medium.jpg

And got this coat in Evans:
    05J06HBLK_normal.jpg

Also got to spend my BT vouchers on some new makeup:

    Love that jacket!

Thanks - think it was €15 off or something like that. I wasn't even looking for a coat, just wasting time in the shop waiting on my aunt so tried it on - and just heard a voice (my aunt) behind me saying how fab it was so bought it. I love the hood on it - the lining is black with white polka dots.

I have been searching everywhere for this at an affordable price! Please tell me the pharmacy you got it in is in Dublin???

I splashed out on this a couple of years ago. Seriously not worth it. Its hard to apply and is more like an intense stage make up that would be used under extreme harsh lights at a distance. Even rimmel is better, I think.
