NO, If you can't see the board how is that performance enhancing by wearing glasses. If you need to wear them fine, if you don't that is also fine. There is alot more things that should be on the agenda in terms of banning something before Glasses is even makes the agenda.

What about contacts ?
What about people who have had laser surgery to correct issue ?

I think they should ban people wearing glasses and contact lenses or if not they should make them wear blindfolds
