I have a friend who drinks coffee but I know he really doesn't like it. I'm not sure why he does!

Bythewoods, that picture has explained so much to me!

I've never had it but I've heard loads of people raving about it...how good is it?! :P

I don't like Mountain Dew. To me, it tastes like Sprite with a soluble painkiller (like Disprin or Solpadeine or something) thrown into it.

It's the best, it is so nice. It is like flat 7up and more lime (or maybe lilt). Were I live the polish shop sells it so you could try your nearest polish store but they charge like 1.30 a can, it is well worth it though.

    The liquid hierarchy:
    ---the divine duo---
    1. Water
    2. Tropicana Orange Juice
---alright to cure sleepiness but nonetheless meh---
    3. Coffee
---juice drinks that aren't bad for an occasional sup---
    4. Cranberry juice
    5. Apple juice
---vastly overrated drink that's only useful with a pack of Rich Teas---
    6. Tea

    (Yes I'm very, very bored.)

Apple juice and rich tea? Eugh sounds disgusting. whoopps I read it wrong. My bad.

    Eughhh. But also lol.

My brother was out tonight with a few of our friends, he just arrived home. As did one of the lads, with a slag in tow. Andddd... I'm in the main sitting room watching Peep Show. He came in here, aiming for the couch. Lots of shifting. Almost landed on me, had to shout a little bit. Very upset, but also finding it a bit hilarious.

....And now my brother came in to watch TV drunkenly with me because they won't stop being disgusting in the kitchen...

Sure I can't go out or drink this Christmas, but I can still judge slags!

    you feeling better?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,361 ✭✭✭bythewoods

Better, but still quite shit. It's an unhappy middle ground tbh.

On the plus side, my vocabulary has increased exponentially over the last week or so thanks to the huge amount of crosswords I've been doing... Yay!

Oh I remember those...do you have to take them like 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 until the course is over?
You should probably ask a doctor ;)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,919 ✭✭✭Grindylow

Nope :P Ive to take 8 for four days, then 4 for four days.. Im currently on day 5, so I only need to take 4 now. :p And it doesnt say anything on the label like it usually does about alcomohol, so Im sure it duly approves of said activity.

Ooooh are they pink? I think I used to have to take them a fair bit in the days when my asthma was actually a problem. But I was 11 the last time I took them, so alcohol wasn't really high up on my priority list. :o

Alcohol would dehydrate you like a mo'fo, and from what i hear dehydration mixes horribly with steroids.

But sure, 'gwan, what's the worst that can happen?apart from being horribly unwell on Christmas?

Don't doooo it! I really doubt it. But we can't give medical advice and all that jazz.

I was on steroids before for my asthma and was told not to drink, but then I was on antibiotics at the same time so could have been that.
