intoxicating liquor act 2008

    i am doing a college thesis on whether or not the intoxicating liquor act 2008 was effective. the act set out the offo's have to close at 10 etc.... the reason behind it is to stop underage drinking and anti-social behaviour. im trying to get a peoples perception on it.
    wat do you think? or is it all just a way of the government controlling us?

    You should really research it yourself and cite studies done on the topic, not just random stranger's opinions! Also, try to watch your spelling and grammar.
