Finding out what a premium rate number is for?

    Don't know if this is the right forum for this at all, honestly haven't got a clue where to put this. Can mods please move if it's not?

    Basically going over a phone bill here, and someone has dialled a bunch of premium rate 1580 numbers (One five minute call was nearly €15!)

    We're trying to find out what they are but searching online yields no results for them. Is there any way to find out what they are without actually ringing them? Like a directory or something?
