New Router - Netbook Connection Issues

I just got a new router set up today. It's a Belkin PM01523uk. I've connected my desktop (Windows 7), Macbook (not sure what version of Mac OS it's running) and iPhone on wireless. I also connected a Windows XP laptop.
The problem arises with the netbook. It seems to connect to the network fine (wireless), but it doesn't actually seem to be receiving any packets when I try to use Chrome or Outlook.
Anyone know what the problem might be?

Does the netbook work with other wireless networks?

Will it connect to the net via ethernet?

possibly you have a static ip address on the wireless and not in the same range
