Haven't played BO's in two weeks, came back to find i can't even get into the mulitplayer menu without some sort of connection issues. Fantastic game so it is.

I did not want to make judgment on BO until after Christmas but I just feel like the game is truly Fcuked.

How can someone kill you with the same kit as you even though you have put a full mag into them and thats what made them turn around and shoot.

I have put grenades in peoples pockets and I get a hit marker. They toss them around in any direction and they get a double kill.

I watched a player walk over my claymore and kill me. Yet if I get within 20 feet of there's it blows me across the bloody map.

I have left loads of games because of the hit markers and it would say host migration so I must have been host and still have the same problems.

I'm fully convinced that the country you are from dictates the power of your gun. Lets face it, The English are one of the biggest gamers in the world so upset them and you loose lots of money.

I've had friends from the UK play on my Xbox here in Ireland and they where very surprised at the results.

After some major jigging around of router settings BO's now works. Don't know why the patch changed so much....

people who use snipers like ARs will die more times than not, there is only 1 sniper that's not a regular 2 shot kill and if you can't kill him with an (I presume) Ak74u or a FAMAs then that's you're fault.

I'm getting really pissed off constantly getting thrown into the middle of games where I'm on the losing team and I'm getting attacked by heli's, dogs and everything when I first spawn :mad: die about 7 times just trying to spawn again, happened twice just tonight

Just jumped into a game. Scores are even enough, bang I get my cobra, bang I get my huey, bang I get my dogs and just as I'm about to unleash hell the host dashboard quits.

They really need to sort this quitting out. It mostly happens when you're on a streak like that because the host is crying about being killed so much. Fags.

BOPS is now at the level that MW2 was at in it's first few days, even hours for me.

I'm going on COD4 now.

I'd like him to find a quote from me defending or justifying the connection problems on the PS3.

When the game was working for me(ie: the first two weeks unless in a party of 3+ guys), I throughly enjoyed the majority of the gameplay aspect , I loved it. It was near COD4 level of enjoyment.

When it stopped working for me(ie: nothing but connection interrupted and failed host migrations), I disliked it. My hate for MW2 far surpasses that though.

So with that said, if it worked... here's one for ya Spratt- I'd be playing it :eek:

I have always said I preferred COD4(even COD2) over any other COD game in both pre and post-release. I have posted likewise and I have talked to lads via PM here and on PSN saying likewise. I honestly think MW2 has dented my interest in gaming in general. COD4 was quite possibly the pinnacle of my gaming. It does feel like that. Playing such a cretinous game like MW2 has honestly had it's impact on me no doubt. So it's a bit unfair in judging BOPS as such. But I'll move on.

I'll defend the multiplayer side of it definitely, more balanced, less glitching, more patches etc, not including the obvious connection/party issues though.

Black Ops is such utter schite, I don't understand how anyone could think MW2 is worse. There seems to be an attitude floating around here "OMG IT'S GOOD, NERF IT!!!!!". Every gun is ****, most look exactly the same, they ****ed up good aspects and left **** aspects unfixed (i.e heartbeat sensors.) and with the terrible graphics and sound, it feels so cheap and rushed. Are the people who complain so often about overpowered things/"cheap kills" just complaining for the sake of it, or is it a huge butthurt from being **** at the game?
I actually want someone to tell me WHY Black Ops is better, cos I don't get it

There's no HBS in Black Ops though? HBS was a good idea in theory imo, but the dipshíts that 1. Camped in corners with them or 2. Used them solely in SnD ruined them

They're called motion sensors in Black Ops. Absolutely no need for them. Cool idea, but like you said, people actually using them online is just wrong.

Ok heres why i think its better.

Lack of overpowered setups - UMP with marathon/lightweight/ninja | Tac knife commando setups | Noobtubes with OMA/DC etc etc

Killstreaks dont build, therefore its unlikely that you're going to be stuck in spawn traps getting ass raped by airsupport

Balanced perks - Theres no Stopping Power typed perk that is a MUST !

Private games are a million times better than MW2

Wager matches are insanely fun, especially if your in a party... if not go for the high roller games, adds a bit of meaning to it.

Customisation is far superior

The maps... i personally think they're better but most people on here disagree.

Theatre mode is ****ing awesome

Combat record is superb

I really like the sounds in the game aswel, the AWP sniper feels great and now that snipers in general are decent i think sniping is actually more fun in blops.

Zombies is great craic

Yep, spot on. I'm fairly **** at the game admittedly. That's why I hate it.
