Freezes during loading screen

    Has this happened to anyone else?? It's driving me round the bend! I'm forced to restart my system only to realise that my light constantly flashes and I have to switch the system off incorrectly causing me to possibly ruin my beloved ps3 :(

    EDIT: Black Ops by the way.

    Do you mean like an actual freeze ? or just stuck on the last wee bit of the loading screen (Im not lying.. my ps3 has been loading a demo for about 50 minutes now.. i should really turn it off) ? I get stuck loading now and again, its annoying as ****, usually if you just eject the game it'll turn the ps3 off for ya tho.

    Yeah a proper freeze, can't access the menu when I push the PS button.

    Lol if it's happening to everyone else and it's not just me, i'll sleep more soundly tonight :D

    This happened to me, often enough before the patch but even more regularly post patch

    so your not alone OP

    unfortunately BO's is unplayable atm.
