I've received a letter from the department regarding minimum stocking levels. I've not had stock on the land. How long should the stock be on the land in a year ?

All I know is we had stock on land from the end of September last year and we qualified for DA payment as we had stock for 3 months( Oct,Nov,Dec).

Have experience of this problem this year. Its three consecutive months plus horses count as units aswell.
