due for payment around the 10th of this month I thought, no mention of late, waiting 3 years already, if it came along with the reps4 payment we wouldn't complain.

In this weeks FJ they say its held up due to a problem Brussels has with it, but they are working on it, you would think that dept would clear things with Brussels when the scheme was first devised
