Just happened to me now,while in the middle of a game,its really pissing me off,happens at least 3 times a day,the screen just freezes and the controller doesn't work,so i have to turn the PS3 off and then that starts beeping before it go's off :mad::mad:

I think I'm done with Black Ops for a while, have Vanquish in the post so should be here tomorrow, and I wanna go back and play Uncharted 2. If the patch fixes stuff then I'll come back to it but for now, meh.

I've used one RC Car in the entire game. A whole massive 1. That was due to knicking someones care package. Pathetic, cretinous and plainly a cheap killstreak.

use Flak Jacket, you may think that the others in that slot are better, like I did for a while. Now I can't play without it. It is the best perk in the game the way it is played at the moment. Not having to worry about 'nades, claymores, noobtubes and stupid little cars is absolute bliss.

Just same thing over and over again

host migration, crap connection, transmission error

and then its the gameplay where everyone uses the ak74u or the galil

Personally I love to see those 2 guns nerved

80 something deaths by RC's now. 2nd highest is 26 napalm(if my own napalm is counted towards it, then I 'd say half of them were I'd least 10 are mine

True. But so long as it's not nerfed and people galore are using it , I'll continue to use the 74u.

Hmmm, this lost connection to host only seems to happen when I'm about to finish a contract. 'Get 20 kills in a TDM' On 19 and call in my dogs (which are class btw) then 'Lost connection to host.' or 'Connection interrupted.'

Next game same thing. And then the third game for good measure.:mad:

5 freezes in a row in the last 30 mins, 2 of which had high kill streaks, mightily pissed off with this game. THis never happened with MW1 or 2, just goes to show the difference between development houses.

Never buying a COD game after this. What game out there ****s up a whole computer? Even with Quadcore and dualcore its unplayable. In the 2 years I've had my pc I never had a bluescreen or had to reset. Then I bought this game and I've hit the hundred mark I reckon..

Is their anyway to get money back? Their should be, because this is a faulty product.

I noticed something with the graphics slowdowns...
Black Ops was giving a friend of mine some hassle there over the weekend, so I had a quick look. He was playing single player and it was very slow. His specs should definitely have covered it anyway. We turned off all the anti-aliasing in the graphics settings but no change.

So, I went into the Display properties of his ATI HD4650 (i think) and there was a slider that you could adjust for "performace" or "quality". By default, its set in the middle. I just slid it down to "Performance" and now it perfect. No slowdowns on single player. That slider just turns off some extra texture smoothing i think, but I havent noticed any difference in quality at all! But theres a hell of a lot of difference with the game smoothness.

Obviously it wont resolve network issues but at least its one thing solved.

my PS3 has hard reset itself about 15-20 times since I got BO, its simply not good for the console to freeze and crash like that, its not even a year old either (phat model) i'm not playing BO again until that patch fixes something, if it doesnt I'll trade it and go back to MW2

Or make it so that it's a longer animaton, say grabbing his throat and slitting it.

It's way too easy to run into a room and knife four people really fast. It's a gun game after all.

They need to banish the damn RC car. I've died more from RC cars than gunshots, claymores, 'nades and killstreaks put together.
And fix the hit detection and remove knife lunges. You'd think a SMG in CQB would own a knife.

There was a sniper upstaires on havana and i went up to clear him out, i'm sure i put a fair few bullets into him then he knifed me ....think kersmash saw it , it was stupid.

Yeah I was spectating you at the time, it was crazy, you ran up behind him and hipfired and he just shakes it off, turns around and knifes you, ****ing ridiculous. Knifing should only be a one hit kill if it's from behind.

I love how say with a Famas silenced, and you're firing at them, and they lunge towards you. Surely more bullets will go into them if they're lunging towards me at speed, enough to kill them

I find friendly rc cars more annoying. Hearing 'Friendly RC XD deployed' every 30 seconds, and being the only person on the team calling in UAVs annoys me.

I played a game the other day where no one on my team had RCXD, everyone had uav, so it was literally up the entire game which only lasted about 4 mins because we destroyed them. A lot more beneficial than a stupid car.

I watch my friend use the RC car (alot.) and he only kills someone 25% of the time. Tell me how many times you get a UAV and not kill someone, or your teammates don't kill one person.

Sure last night trying to get into that last party with you, Ade and Kersmash , the weirdest ****e kept happening. Would go into multiplayer, then PSN. Then it would say please wait and dump me back into the start screen. The place where it says "PRESS START".

Would ask me to input all the settings again then, like setting up brightness, screen size etc.

Ended up in zombie mode at one stage too.

Had enough at that stage! :mad:

Why the **** am I the only one shooting down enemy air support!?

1 attack chopper and 2 Hueys within a matter of minutes and I'm the only one bothering my hole to do anything about it.
