Blueface is down in Blackrock Co. Dublin at present.

    Is anyone else having problems?

Working on here in Galway, but something like blueface would not really go down in specific areas, like broadband would.

There might be connectivity issues between your ISP and blueface maybe.

What do blueface support say ?

No reply from Blueface Support, just an answering machine.

    Do they work on Saturdays?

    dubsaab,

We don't have any particular problem on our system at the moment.
My guess is that your broadband went down for a short time and the phone struggles to re-register by itself.

The 1st thing to try is to electrically unplug your devices (router, modem, phone), wait 10 seconds and plug them back in, starting by the modem/router.
This will reinitialise the connection between yourself and our system.

If needs be, could you email support@blueface.ie please ?
We don't have a call centre on Saturdays.
