    Lets start a list of positive things the the IMF will bring to the area.......

    1) Lower house prices
    2) A new goverment

    A positive list and number one is something a lot of people in the area fear the most. Lower house prices means more negative numbers on the value of property versus their loans.

    I can't afford to move for the foreseeable future so until then we will just have a one child family and in a two bed place. That's not something positive for me. I can't speak for others...
